If you are applying for a Fiancé Visa (Prospective Marriage Visa), the Department of Home Affairs requires you to supply a letter from an authorised Marriage Celebrant stating that a marriage has been booked in and also the Notice of Intended Marriage form has been completed. We can do the required legal work for you. Our fee is $150 which includes additional letters for immigration at no cost if the wedding date needs to be changed.

Contact us and we can have the letter issued the same day.

Step 1

Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form and it is okay for only one of you to have the form witnessed. You will need to have the form witnessed with us, or at a police station, justice of the peace, doctor or lawyer.

Step 2

Bring the form to us or email the form and a copy of your passport or birth certificate and drivers licence to info@registryweddings.com.au and then we can prepare the letter for immigration that you require.

step 3

We will issue an invoice for $150 and normally have the letter issued the same day as the payment.

Step 4

Once the visa is approved we can then book in your wedding. You will have 9 months to be married once the visa is approved and the NOIM form is valid for 18 months from when we first complete it. We will issue a new letter at no cost if required.
